About Greg

Greg Ferney represents individuals and clients in matters of business formation, business succession planning, taxation (including income taxation of individuals, partnerships and corporations), estate planning and real estate transactions. He also handles business and commercial litigation matters.

Greg received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. After law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable John T. Mitchell, an Idaho District Judge. Greg then worked as an associate attorney handling litigation matters, real estate transactions, and business and estate planning.

Greg is fluent in Russian and works with members of the Russian speaking community on a wide range of legal matters. He is married and has one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid tennis player and skier.
