About Ted

A highly skilled and responsive attorney, Edward L. Simpson helps small business clients to achieve the respect and prosperity they deserve. During his time with the Deloitte & Touche National Creative Tax Services Group, he provided valuable and innovative tax solutions to a number of Fortune 500 companies. He now focuses on estate planning and taxation, with an emphasis on business law and employee benefits.

After graduating with honors from Eastern Washington University, Ted earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. He then received his LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.

Ted is a member and President of the Board of Directors of CCI Enterprises, Inc., a non-profit rehabilitation service organization providing vocational training, job placement, and employment services to people with disabilities. During his tenure as President of the Board, CCI adopted a strategy of growth and self-sufficiency, raising $450,000 to remodel a retirement center for people with disabilities.
