The firm’s new office will be located on the 38th floor, and the lease commences February 1, 2011. The firm, which was founded in 1927 in downtown Portland and was once located in the Ladd Carriage House, has had an office in Southwest Portland’s John’s Landing area for the last 30 years. The new space, which totals 10,845 square feet, is about one-third larger than the firm’s current space.
